Data and purpose

We process your name, email, optional company name, inquiry type and message. We also store limited browser and referring-page information. A hash of the network source is used to limit repeated submissions.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess a business or partnership opportunity and continue the conversation. Where you request a potential collaboration, the processing supports steps you request before a contract. Other business correspondence is based on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and assessing opportunities. We do not use form submissions for marketing mailings without a separate basis.

Retention and recipients

We normally retain contact-form messages for 12 months after the last recorded communication. If a contractual or commercial relationship begins, relevant data may be retained longer where legal obligations require it. Technical rate-limit keys are removed after their needed window.

People handling your inquiry and technical providers needed to run the website and database may access this data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may request data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and technical elements

The public website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Only essential technical elements needed to operate the site are used.
